Married to his business partner, Marlisa, they love traveling, dining out and spending time with family. Rob shares a passion for soccer with his two boys and refers to Zigi, his Golden Retriever and Momo, his Cockapoo as his ‘other’ two boys.

As Co- founder of the Zebaida Group, Marlisa heads up the Business Development Division. A licensed Realtor since 2000, she combines 20 years of real estate experience with innovation and cutting-edge technology to constantly level up the teams’ delivery of a 10++ customer experience. Nurturing relationships with past, current, and future clients, she facilitates repeat and referral business.

From 2007-2012, Marlisa stepped out of sales to work with partners in starting up two new Keller Williams offices. Marlisa led the award-winning offices in recruiting, training, and profitability. During her leadership she was acknowledged as one of Keller Williams Realty International top 15 CEO’s. 

Married to her business partner, Robert, she is passionate about her two sons, dance, fitness, food and wine.

Catherine is the Zebaida Groups’ Home Buyer Specialist and has a well-earned reputation as ‘Trusted Advisor’ With over 12 years of real estate experience, she knows the ins and outs of neighborhoods and up to the moment home values in our real estate markets. She is passionate about mastery and performance. Over the past few years, she obtained a Taekwondo 3rd Degree Black Belt and became National Champion in Weapons & Self Defense. Living in West Orange, Catherine enjoys spending time with her son and visiting the Jersey Shore.

Heading up the Client Care Division, Rena protects clients by bulletproofing transactions so that nothing falls through the cracks. Providing executive level organizational and people skills, she is known for her strategic approach in fluid situations.  Rena was employed by BMW North America for several years and was consistently ranked the #1 Customer Relations and Operations Manager. Rena loves spending time with her rescue pup, Lily and is passionate about theatre, live music, eating out and museums. Living in Montclair, she is involved with several local volunteer groups.
