We love West Orange because commuting is super convenient. We can be in New York City in about 45 to 50 minutes. We are also right next to route 280.

West Orange has fantastic shopping and dining. Some of our favorite restaurants are Sefarat Kebab House, Highlawn Pavillion and China Gourmet.

When we bought our townhouse, we were drawn to the great location, the park-like setting with a lake, a children’s playground, tennis courts, an exercise room and a pool! We also loved that it was so close to Eagle Rock Reservation and in a gated community. Our community is also great for dining, walking and photography.

Our utility costs are about $200  per month for gas and electric and $30 per month for water.
