    What the Seller Says

The things I love about Livingston are the township, The Livingston Library, the schools, and the overall community.

We love to eat at Nero GrilleZen Japanese Cuisine88 CafeOriental KitchenAnthony Franco’sLivingston Bagel.

When we bought the property, we loved that the house is right next to Collins Elementary School, so our nanny wouldn’t have to drive.

The playgrounds at Collins feel like they are almost ours. We have had a lot of fun here, including rollerblading at the parking lot, and biking. Hide and Seek was at a much advanced level when at the playgrounds of Collins!

The soil in the backyard is rich. My dad used to grow various organic vegetables in the fenced area. We shared the vegetables with our neighbors.

We were also drawn to the easy commute to Manhattan.

The Livingston area is good for raising a young family. My children went to pre-K through to Livingston High School because the school environment are influenced by multi-culture.

The Livingston area offers many wonderful places to go, like the book store at Livingston Mall, trick or treat at Short Hills Mall, the year round concert at the high school and the art exhibitions at the high school circle.

The West Essex YMCA is a great place for family time. The swimming pool was one of the places my family went to for fun and exercise.

Our neighborhood is great for block parties, sharing foods and sharing resources.

Our utility costs are $300 summer time if used 24/7.
