    The Closing Manager is an individual who is able to deliver a high level customer experience. He/she is outgoing, draws energy from working with people and is optimistic. The Closing Manager is an independent and accomplished problem solver who is adaptable to change and solutions oriented. This individual must also be tech savvy and able to learn and manage systems and processes.

    Essential duties and responsibilities:
    • Coordinate and manage the Customer Experience from Contact to Close -generate 5 star Reviews and referrals
    • Act as the liaison between client, realtors, attorneys, title company & lender during the Contract to close process
    and effectively manage the administrative tasks involved in closing a sale
    • Maintain accurate and compliant files
    • Create and manage timelines and follow up with individuals as needed to ensure all deadlines and contingencies are met
