We love the convenience to shopping that Livingston offers and the fantastic Livingston School System. The people here are great.
There are so many good restaurants in the Livingston area. Some of our favorites are Coco Bella, Livingston Diner, Landmark, Neros and Anthony’s Coal Fire Pizza.
When we bought our home, we were drawn to staying in Livingston while living in a new area of the town with such a friendly community. We also loved that St. Barnabas Hospital is so close by.
The Livingston area is good for it’s schools and easy transportation to Manhattan because of all of the connecting highways, buses and the Jitney system. Also, there are so many recreational spots in the Livingston area. There are several Country Clubs close by, Turtle Back Zoo and the Grand Oaks Ice Arena.
Some of our hobbies are golf and theater and our neighborhood is great for walking and biking.
Our utility costs average about $600 to $700 per month.
